A dusty red-earth construction site under a clear sky. Large piles of sand and reddish soil lie in the foreground, and a cylindrical metal tank sits at left. Thatched-roof sheds with bamboo supports stand among trees, with a black water tank and scaffolding beside them. A white SUV is parked at right, and an orange-robed figure stands near it, appearing to be a sannyasi or devotee; the figure is too distant and small for appearance-based identification. Two other small figures are visible in the background.
