He wears a white shawl over a white garment with a yellow-gold border visible at his waist. Behind him is a pale wall, a blue banner with printed text on the right, and a dark maroon curtain on the right edge. Colourful flower decorations sit at the bottom edge near the podium. The man appears to be addressing an audience at an indoor event. The person's appearance does not clearly match a recognisable a person depiction, so the identity is uncertain.2009-12-30November 28 20112011-11-28
