Outdoor photo of a large black Shiva lingam with white stripe and marigold garlands on a black yoni pedestal, standing on a platform in a water tank. Water sprays from the base. Behind, white and red striped steps hold onlookers in white and light clothes. In the foreground, a figure in orange robes stands near the lingam while another in orange with a long wrap and a shaved head stands on the platform, with a boat decorated with garlands and orange-and-colourful umbrellas carrying people in orange and white. Several people in white clothes stand in the shallow water near the boat. Palm trees and dry scrub surround the site.
