Beside him a bald man in white dhoti and bare chest with a sacred thread stands near a silver tray holding a coconut and green leaves. A man in a white shirt wears an orange shawl with a printed motif, and another man in an orange shawl and dark kurta smiles at right. A man in white holds a camera overhead near a doorway with an iron gate. Several people in white and orange clothing press close around the central figure, some with hands raised toward him. A central figure in an orange-saffron turban and orange robe, wearing long white and orange flower garlands and rudraksha beads, holds a small white cloth-wrapped object with both hands. Two shaven-headed priests in saffron-orange robes with gold borders and rudraksha malas stand beside him, one bare-chested with a white tilak on his forehead. A bare-chested older man in a blue dhoti at right, and a man in white dhoti and orange shawl stand nearby. Behind them, a white building with green trim, palm trees and onlookers in saris and shirts. The scene suggests a kumbabhishekam or puja ritual.2015-05-01
