Elevated view across a rectangular reflecting pool toward a large black Shivalinga on a striped red-and-white base, draped with a multicoloured flower garland and bordered by a garland arch. A dark stone Nandi bull facing the linga, with a red and pink flower garland, sits in the foreground on a stone platform. Many people in white and red-orange clothing sit on the steps and terraced seating, their backs to the camera, watching the shrine. Several robed figures in orange and white stand on the stepped stands at the far side and along the left railing near the shrine. A brick multi-storey building rises behind the seating.
