A night procession moves along a paved path lined with strings of coloured lights and trees. Men in white dhotis and shirts play a wind instrument and a drum, with a red hand-held umbrella held at left. Many people in white dhotis and white sarees follow in a line, carrying red and orange flags on poles, with a woman in a dark red saree walking at right. The scene reads as a padayatra procession with temple-style gold structures visible at left.

Night procession on open ground led by a figure in saffron-orange robes with long dark swept-back hair, a leopard-print shawl over one shoulder, and a red bindi and tilak; the figure holds a small orange-and-brown hand drum or cymbal-like object and is shaded by a large multicoloured fringed umbrella carried by a man in white dhoti and orange sash. Beside them walks a bearded man in orange robes, a man in white beating a barrel drum, a man in white holding a trident, and white-clad devotees with orange shawls and an orange umbrella. Women in yellow and red saris and a man in white appear in the background. a person: the figure has long dark swept-back hair, saffron clothing and a shawl, consistent with the page's claim, but the appearance is not conclusive enough to confirm identity.
