A ceremonial gathering in a hall with dark red curtains and potted palms. Two seated figures sit on round wooden seats at the centre of a raised platform: the figure on the left wears a long orange robe and a rudraksha mala with long swept-back hair, and the figure on the right wears a saffron robe, a mala and a beaded necklace while sitting bald. A brass bowl sits before them on a green cloth. Around the platform, devotees in orange robes sit cross-legged with hands pressed in anjali mudra. In the foreground, several people face the dais from behind, one in white and others in orange, with a small oil lamp and a brass bell on the floor and leaf plates holding offerings nearby. A seated woman at the right wears a red top.2012-04-26April 26 20122012-04-26A large hall where many devotees in orange robes and rudraksha malas sit cross-legged in long rows on the floor, many with hands pressed in anjali, before rows of leaf plates holding food and steel cups.
