Flanking the throne are vases of red and white flowers. Seated on red mats in rows before him are devotees: several shaven-headed monks in orange and red garments on the left, and people in white and red clothing in the foreground, with banana-leaf meal plates and small white cups laid out along the floor. Two attendants in white head coverings work near a row of steel vessels on the right. The setting is a golden-tiled hall with lattice windows and orange walls.2014-09-13A large hall during a ritual gathering. A central figure in orange-saffron robes and a gold-embroidered garland sits on an ornate gold throne with a bowl before him. Seated devotees in orange-red clothing line the floor on both sides with palms pressed together, while a row of people in white attire hold lit oil lamps in the foreground. Green leaf plates with food and small cups sit before the seated participants. A trident stands beside the throne, and a pedestal fan and steel vessels appear at right, with kitchen workers in head caps nearby. A wooden partition screen runs across the back of the hall.2016-03-30June 15 20152015-06-15 +2 copiesMarch 30 20162016-03-30A seated group of devotees in an ashram hall faces a raised dais with a gold-and-red throne on the right. A figure in saffron robes sits on the throne, while rows of devotees sit on mats on the floor: women in white and orange-bordered saris and saffron-clad sannyasis with shaved heads. Several metal vessels and steel containers sit in the centre, and a few plates of offerings lie on the floor before the throne. Red curtains, framed portraits on the walls, colourful hanging banners and a projector screen complete the setting. A small attendant stands near the left edge. The image suggests a satsang or ritual gathering.2011-11-07A seated man in a rust-red robe with a gold-coloured garland and layered necklaces sits on a dais beside a gold-framed throne-like seat under a fringed golden canopy, holding a bowl of food over a green leaf on a low table as part of a ritual. Several shaved-headed men in orange and red robes sit with palms joined on the floor before rows of banana-leaf offerings on low wooden stands. Behind them, a seated audience of roughly 50 people, many in white and red clothing, sits in a carpeted hall with a chandelier overhead. A large silver vessel and a red-draped table stand at the side. The scene shows a devotional offering in a hotel-style hall.2014-03-15 +1 copiesSeptember 30 20162016-09-30October 26 20152015-10-26June 15 20152015-06-15 +2 copiesA photograph inside an open-sided tent with an orange canvas roof and yellow draping behind a gold ornate throne. A seated figure in orange robes sits on the throne with palms pressed together in namaskar, under a gold canopy. Around the throne, several devotees kneel on orange cushions facing him: figures in white kurtas and white dhotis, a woman in a white sari with a gold border, and a person in a yellow shawl. Brass bowls sit on the floor in front of the throne, and the foreground is a wooden floor. The throne figure's appearance is not clearly identifiable, so this is described by role only as a seated teacher receiving devotee pranams.2009-08-18Indoor satsang hall during a Shodasi initiation session. A seated figure on a gold ornate throne with orange cushions, wearing an orange-red turban, white floral garland and orange cloth, holds a tall silver staff with a crowned finial; the figure appears to be a statue or life-size depiction rather than a living person. Seated devotees in white and cream clothes with orange-red shawls sit on the floor, several holding brass plates of offerings. In the foreground a woman in a green blouse and patterned sari, orange shawl around her shoulders, holds a brass plate with flowers and offerings beside the throne. Behind them, rows of white-clad participants fill the hall, with speakers, a monitor and a red draped table visible.2015-05-27
