A woman in a green salwar and patterned orange shawl walks forward holding a ceremonial orange-and-yellow item near the shrine. Behind her, a line of women in white, orange and yellow saris stand with hands folded, one in orange photographing with a phone. A man in an orange shawl and white dhoti stands near the centre. A man in saffron-orange robes wearing a long red and white flower garland and bangles walks at centre, with long dark hair, and a man in white dhoti holds a colourful multi-coloured umbrella with tassels over him. Behind, a man in orange robes and a rudraksha-style mala walks beside a brass trident-staff, and another man in white records with a video camera on a tripod nearby. A figure in an orange saffron robe and an orange turban stands at right, holding a brass bell and a bowl with a flame, with a rudraksha mala around the neck; the appearance cues are distinctive but the figure's identity is uncertain, so this is a priest or sannyasi in orange. Around them about eight devotees in white ritual clothes and some in red and pink saris stand with hands folded, one holding a camera. Behind them are a lattice screen and framed photographs, one showing a seated figure in white.2004-07-02Indoor ritual photograph at night.
