A group descends a stone staircase flanked by carved stone lion-like guardian figures. Several men in saffron-orange robes walk down, one in a bright orange robe and turban-like head covering near the top of the group. Other men wear plain white dhotis and white shawls. The stone pavement in the foreground is empty.2011-09-09October 07 20112011-10-07August 02 20082008-08-02August 02 20082008-08-02April 05 20122012-04-05August 21 20062006-08-21April 05 20122012-04-05A night photograph of a group walking through a stone-walled temple courtyard lit by dim light. In the foreground a man in saffron robes and a white cloth held in his hand walks ahead, followed by others in orange and red shawls, and white dhotis and kurtas. A man in a white shirt and dark trousers walks at the left edge. To the right, a stone shrine wall has a blue-framed barred window with colourful cloth draped inside, and a green sign with printed text on the wall. The group appears to be on a pada-yatra walking procession.2009-01-29December 04 2006 - Karthikai Deepam, Tiruvannamalai2006-12-04
