Night photo of a stone temple gateway with a carved gopuram tower behind it, a single lit lamp hanging near the entrance and a doorway glowing with light. Several people descend a worn stone staircase from the temple doorway. In front, a man in an orange-saffron garment walks ahead of others. Behind him a figure in orange and a figure in a purple sari follow. Two men in white dhotis and white shirts walk down the steps on the right, and another man in a white dhoti and shirt walks on the ground at the lower right. A blue-and-white logo appears in the upper left corner and a copyright line in the lower right.

Night view of a carved stone temple gopuram-style entrance with a lit lamp on the wall and a dark doorway. A group descends the stone steps from the shrine: two men in saffron/orange robes lead, one in a dark orange wrap with a visible rudraksha-style neck garland, followed by men in white dhotis and shirts and women in colourful saris (green, pink, purple). Several men in white dhotis and white shirts walk on the paved courtyard in the foreground. The scene is lit only by a few lamps and the carved stone exterior is visible.2011-09-09Photograph of a procession descending a stone staircase from a carved temple gateway at dusk or night, lit by a single lamp inside the doorway. Carved relief panels of figures line the upper wall and gopuram-style masonry. A central man in saffron-orange robes with a long orange shawl, a gold beaded necklace and a sandalwood or tilak mark on his forehead walks forward smiling with hands near his body. Around him, men in white dhotis and shirts wear orange shawls, some in saffron robes, and a few carry no visible objects. Stone nandi-style guardian sculptures flank the steps. Whether the central figure is a person cannot be established from appearance alone; the page marks him as present, so the appearance-based candidate is described as a person in saffron with ornate gold necklace and shawl.2008-08-02Night photograph of a stone temple entrance with carved stone walls and an open wooden doorway lit from inside. Most men wear white dhotis and white shirts. One figure in the centre wears orange robes with an orange shawl, and a child in white with an orange cloth over the shoulder walks nearby. Carved stone pillars and walls frame the passage, and the stone floor is lit in blue tones. The scene shows a temple procession or devotional movement, with a person candidate in orange clothing, but the face and identity cannot be confirmed from the image.2006-08-21December 04 2006 - Karthikai Deepam, Tiruvannamalai2006-12-04Night photograph of a group walking in procession along a stone-paved temple path past carved granite pillars and walls.
