Night outdoor scene at an ashram-style courtyard. A man with long dark hair wears a red-orange saffron-toned robe with a rudraksha mala and a long garland of red roses and yellow marigolds, smiling as he extends his hand over a man in orange and red who bows forward with his head down, bare-backed with a rope-like necklace. To the left stands an ornate gold throne with a sunburst-carved back on a red-carpeted base. To the right, a man in orange-brown robes with a long rudraksha mala holds a microphone, and two people with folded palms are visible at the edge of the frame. A white electric fan and a red-and-yellow canopy with tassels appear in the background.2016-02-16February 16 20162016-02-16February 16 20162016-02-16A photograph of a ceremony at an outdoor pavilion at night, with string lights and a striped canopy. Devotees in white and orange robes sit to the right, hands in anjali. A patterned cloth hangs on a pillar behind. The seated figure sits on a red cushioned seat in front of an ornate gold throne back decorated with a peacock feather fan. A golden staff leans beside them, with green leaves and flowers around the setting and colourful draped fabrics behind. The scene appears to be a devotional greeting or blessing at an ashram gathering.2015-02-19April 23 20132013-04-23 +2 copiesNight outdoor ceremony under a corrugated roof with banana leaves behind. A man with long swept-back dark hair, a red-and-gold shawl, rudraksha-style beads and a garland of white and pink flowers sits on an ornate gold throne with carved backrest and red cushion, on a patterned rug.
