Close-up photograph of a polished silver trident (trishul) with curved prongs and a red gemstone set near its base, its shaft resting on a silver-toned ritual object with concentric engraved rings. Behind it, a golden sequined cloth shimmers, and a jewelled ornament with pearls, green and red stones is visible at right, with a sprig of green foliage near the edge. No people are visible in the frame. The image is a detail shot of ritual objects rather than of a person himself.

Photograph looking up at a tall polished copper dwajastambha (flagpole) with rope-like bands wound around its shaft, topped by a copper capital and a carved wooden-and-metal finial with orange cloth tied to it and dark plumes at the crown. Taut guy wires run up to the top against a pale overcast sky. No people are visible in the frame. The flagpole is the main subject of this temple flag-hoisting setting.

Close outdoor photograph of a tall copper dhwajastambha flagstaff against a clear blue sky during a dhwajarohanam. The copper pole has ornately carved bands and a tiered wooden crown with two copper finials, draped with white and red flower garlands and dry grass tassels. An orange and white flag is being raised up the mast on a rope. No people are visible in the frame.

A close photograph of a hand raising a polished silver trident upward against a backdrop of a red-brick temple with arched windows and stone steps. The trident has three curved, ornately carved prongs and a long central blade, held by a bare forearm wearing a brown rudraksha bracelet with gold-toned beads. A round silver disc hangs from the shaft's base, and a silver chain dangles from it. An orange garment edge appears at the lower right and an orange-draped object at the left edge.
