A photograph of a ceremonial blessing against a red curtain backdrop. On the right, a long-haired figure with dark hair falling past the shoulders wears a rudraksha mala with ceremonial beads and a bare-shouldered orange wrap, with rudraksha beads on the arm. The figure's hand rests on the forehead of a grey-haired man on the left, who wears a grey jacket over an orange shawl and presses his palms together in reverence. A vertical metal pole stands between them. Behind them, other robed devotees in orange and white are visible, and a figure in orange stands near the center. The setting is an indoor satsang or darshan.

September 07 20122012-09-07September 09 20122012-09-09A photograph of an energy-darshan style blessing in a warmly lit hall with red curtains. A man with grey hair and a moustache, wearing a white kurta and an orange saffron shawl, stands with eyes closed and arms raised, while a bare-chested figure with long swept-back dark hair, rudraksha malas and a gold-toned bell-studded adornment across the shoulders places a hand on his forehead. The blessed man wears a yellow thread and metal bracelet. Behind them a person in a grey t-shirt with a lanyard stands partly visible. Probable Swamiji (probable): the bare-chested figure with long swept-back hair, rudraksha malas and ornate shoulder adornments performs the blessing, and is in person.2012-07-19September 09 20122012-09-09September 09 20122012-09-09A photograph of a seated figure with long, wavy dark hair and a rudraksha mala draped over a red-orange garment, smiling broadly while extending an arm upward to touch the raised hand of a shaven-headed man in a brown-grey robe with an orange lanyard. A red draped backdrop fills the background. Behind them, a man in a white dhoti and shawl with gold border sits and watches. A black staff leans at the left edge. The gesture appears to be a greeting or blessing exchange during a satsang setting.2012-09-09September 09 20122012-09-09September 06 20122012-09-06A photograph of a seated man with long dark wavy hair and a white tilak on his forehead, wearing a brown-orange garment and many rudraksha mala necklaces and bracelets, reaching up to press his hand on the forehead of a man in a dark jacket with an orange shawl. The recipient keeps his eyes closed and his hands raised in a gesture of receiving blessing. Behind them, a man in white dhoti with a gold border sits, and a saffron-robed figure stands at the left against a red draped cloth backdrop. A ritual or blessing moment is shown, with a staff in the foreground at left.2012-09-09September 07 20122012-09-07Two men stand face to face beside a red velvet curtain and a vertical metal pole in a dim, warmly lit hall. On the right, a long-haired figure with dark swept-back hair, bare upper body and multiple rudraksha malas and ornate beaded necklaces presses one hand to the forehead of the man on the left. The bald, bearded man on the left wears white kurta-style clothing with a saffron-orange shawl and a red-orange thread around his wrist, and holds his other palm up in a gesture of receiving. Behind them, a few saffron-robed people are partly visible.2012-09-07A photograph of a seated elderly bald man in a light grey top bowing his head as a person in an orange and leopard-print shawl with long dark wavy hair and multiple rudraksha malas places a hand on his forehead in a blessing gesture. Behind them a shaved-headed attendant in orange robes with a rudraksha mala stands at left, and a red curtain hangs in the background. The blessing figure's appearance with long swept hair, rudraksha malas and orange-and-leopard shawl is a distinctive cue, so this is a person present in person, giving a blessing to the devotee.2012-09-03
