A street protest march in an outdoor urban setting, with a large pink banner strung between trees reading in Kannada and the date 20-2-2007, Mysuru. Rows of young women in white coats and white shirts walk closely together, some holding yellow placards with black Kannada lettering. Several women have hair pulled back and wear glasses or small earrings; one at the front holds her hand to her head. Behind them, men in light shirts stand along the roadside, a red colonial-style building and a striped tent canopy with another pink banner appear in the background.
