A large painted wooden or clay guardian figure stands on a blue platform in an outdoor courtyard. The figure is bright red with gold ornaments, a tall gold-and-green crown, a red tilak on the forehead, and a curled moustache. It wears a gold collar, shoulder pieces with blue trim, green and gold lower garments, and a red sash. It grips a sword in one hand and a round shield in the other. Behind it, a smaller painted mask face with a lion-like grin is mounted on a stick, and a pale-clad person stands near a red-and-white stepped structure. No deity name is clearly legible; this is a painted guardian statue, not a live person.
