Night photograph in an outdoor courtyard beside a red-painted wall and a small tree. Two people stand on a dark tiled floor with red and white mats: on the left, a shirtless person in a brown wrap with a white-and-blue flower garland, palms pressed together in namaste; in the centre, a person in an orange sari holding a lit flame or lamp. On the right, a large black stone murti of Shiva with a trident and a garland stands against a circular dark backdrop. Potted plants and ferns surround the scene, and a bamboo fence stands at left.
