Night procession scene at the Kumbh Mela. A smiling man with long dark hair and a red tilak on his forehead wears a gold and jewelled crown, a saffron-orange robe, a thick rudraksha mala and a heavy gold necklace, and is garlanded with pink and white flower garlands. Behind him stands a saffron and teal canopy hung with marigold garlands, and silver trident and axe-shaped staffs rise beside him. On the left a man with white-painted face and white dhoti with a beaded necklace stands in the procession, and on the right two men in glasses and rudraksha malas watch. Swamiji (probable) is identified by the long swept-back hair, ornate crown, saffron robe, rudraksha mala and gold necklace cues.
