A photograph of a ceremonial procession vehicle with a dark rounded body draped in a large garland of marigolds, roses and green leaves in red, yellow, white and purple. A person in a rust-orange robe and a white beaded necklace stands at the rear platform beneath a striped fringed canopy with blue, red, green and white panels. A red multi-storey building with rows of windows forms the background, and a tall white pole and floodlight stand nearby. The figure's appearance is uncertain for identification, so the role is given as a standing person on a ratha-style procession platform.
