Outdoor photo at a temple-like courtyard with a red multi-storey building behind. A large polished grey lingam-shaped stone is draped with a garland of marigolds in yellow and orange, with red, purple and green flower strands and white blossoms. A figure in a saffron-red garment stands on a raised platform holding a microphone, speaking. Beside him a second attendant in red and dark clothing with a tied hairstyle and a white-and-multicolour tasselled parasol above. Metal railings, black water tanks and a green tarp sit in the background.
