Outdoors on a dusty roadside, a crowd gathers around a tall metal flagpole being raised with yellow rope. In the foreground, a long-haired figure in a red sleeveless top and orange shawl grips the pole, with a dark-clothed man bending nearby. Behind them, men in white shirts with rudraksha malas help hoist the flag, and a man in white with an orange shawl raises a camera overhead. Women in blue and green saris and older onlookers watch, and a bus with Pandian text is visible behind a green hedge. Strong daylight and a pink building complete the scene, consistent with a flag-hoisting at a Dhyanapeetam centre inauguration. Swamiji (probable): the long-haired figure in orange shawl and red top, appearance-based only.
