A photograph of a large banyan tree with many aerial roots and trunks, at the base of which stands a dark cave-like opening. A single person in a saffron-orange wrap and an orange-red blouse stands barefoot on sandy ground beside the tree, head bowed, facing the trunk. Two garlands of yellow and purple flowers hang on the trunk on either side of the opening. Shallow still water in the foreground reflects the tree and the figure. Sunlight filters through the canopy onto the sand.
