A tall copper-clad ritual flagstaff, or dhvaja stambha, rises under a clear blue sky beside a corrugated metal shelter. Its base is wrapped in green leaves, grass and white and red flower garlands. Two priests in saffron-orange dhotis stand at the base, one with a red and white garland over his shoulder, both reaching up to adjust the foliage. A small red cloth flutters near the top of the pillar, and a palm tree and bare tree frame the scene.
