A bare-chested man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing orange and maroon cloth and a beaded rudraksha-style necklace, raises his right palm in blessing toward a kneeling man in a red-and-black checked shirt, who presses his palms together. Around them, several men in white dhotis and shirts, one with orange shawl and vibhuti marks, stand with hands folded in namaste. A shaven-headed man in orange with gold beaded garlands stands at right, and a bearded man in black shirt stands in the background. A white flower garland and ritual objects are visible at lower right. Whether the central figure is a person cannot be established from appearance, so the description uses his role instead.2011-02-28August 06 20092009-08-06
