A seated priest with bare upper body, white dhoti with gold border, and rudraksha mala sits on a grey floor in a temple hall with yellow walls and red-and-maroon drapes. Around him, several devotees sit in a semicircle: a woman in a light blue sari and a man in a blue shirt at left, two women in yellow and green saris with hands folded in prayer, and a woman in a cream sari with palms together at right. A tripod-mounted video camera stands in the foreground. Behind them a large decorated golden deity murti or ornate shrine stands on a black altar with brass vessels, and another deity figure is visible at far right. Strings of orange and red marigold garlands hang along the upper left wall.

Photograph of a temple hall during a puja with several devotee women seated on a grey floor facing away from the camera. In the foreground a woman in an orange and red sari sits at left, beside a woman in a purple and yellow sari and a woman in a yellow and gold sari. A woman in a red sari and a woman in a black and gold outfit sit at right, the latter on a chair. Ahead, a man in white sits near a red and black backdrop with hanging garlands, a tripod-mounted camera stands in the middle, and a deity murti and a decorated altar with kalasha-style offerings are at right. Framed photographs hang on the yellow wall. The scene suggests a kumbhabhishekam ritual gathering.

A photograph of a ritual being performed in a bare-walled room with a yellow wall, a black backdrop and colourful tassels hanging at left. A shaved-headed man in white dhoti with a bare upper body and a beaded mala stands near a camera on a tripod, a sound recorder and a laptop on a carved table at right. Left, a man in a red checked shirt and jeans stands with hands folded, and a man in white kurta holds a small bell. A woman in a yellow and green saree with hands folded in anjali stands centre-left, while several women in orange and saffron sarees and a bare-chested man stand further back. The scene reads as a puja or homa preparation with an attending priest.

A man in a white t-shirt sits beside them. Brass oil lamps (deepas) with flowers stand on the mats. Behind them, rows of seated devotees watch. On the right, a decorated altar holds a deity murti with garlands and fruit offerings, and a stepped tiered display of red-and-black figurines stands along the wall. A television screen on the left shows a video call.
