A photograph of a group of devotees seated on tiered stone steps beside a green pool, facing away toward a sloped lawn of potted plants. A large dark stone bull statue, a Nandi, sits on a white plinth at left. Several people wear white clothing with red shawls or scarves, while one woman in the foreground wears a purple top and another wears a red top. Potted saplings and shrubs fill the foreground, and terraced steps with rows of black stone lamp stands rise behind the group.

In the foreground, a dark bronze bull statue, Nandi, decorated with a red garland, faces the pool. Many people, mostly dressed in white, sit in rows on the steps and lower terrace watching the shrine, with others seated across the far stepped seating. Seated devotees in the foreground, viewed from behind, watch the shrine across the still water; several wear white and saffron clothing, and a bald man in white with a red shawl sits on the steps. A black Nandi-like stone bull sits at the water's edge, and a few people in white stand on the far steps near a lamp. Ritual abhishekam-style worship appears to be taking place at the lingam.2013-11-04A photograph of a large black stone Nandi bull statue garlanded with marigold and red flowers, set on a tiered red stone platform beside a waterfall-style spout. Many participants sit on the red steps behind red flags and metal railings, most in white or light ritual clothes, some bare-chested, with brass kalashas, brass pots and vessels in front and a number of people holding brass horns or conch-like instruments. A man in a white dhoti and a saffron-coloured wrap stands near the bull, appearing to pour or offer something; a woman in a dark top sits near the statue with a brass lamp and offerings. Many small black shivalingam-style stones line the steps. The scene suggests an abhishekam ritual during a yoga event.2016-12-15
