Outdoor photograph of a group of women and girls in white saris and white dress standing in a line on a dark stepped platform in front of an unfinished concrete building with blue-painted columns and exposed scaffolding. Many hold their hands together in namaste or anjali posture. Standing water on the ground reflects the white-clad figures. A tattered red-and-cream flag hangs on a pole at left, next to a striped green, red and yellow cloth banner and a white table. No man in saffron or ornate clothing is clearly visible among the group, so no a person candidate is identified.
