Many sit cross-legged on grey carpet, some with hands folded in prayer. Women wear saris and salwar kameez in pink, blue, red and purple; men wear white kurtas, shirts and trousers. Along the left wall stands a row of white marble-like deity murtis, each with a gold crown and garland, beside a gold-canopied shrine. On the right a colourful painted wooden vahana with a swan-like form sits near shrines with kalasha and brass lamps. Two people in the foreground sit facing the altar with their attention forward.
