A bald man with glasses, wearing a black t-shirt and dark trousers, bends forward on all fours on a pink yoga mat, hands flat on the mat in a yoga posture. Beside him, a pair of bare feet and grey trousers extend onto a second pink mat, and a yellow-green mat lies at the lower left. The patterned carpet has orange and brown swirls, with marigold flowers scattered at the edge of the mats and another person in white partly visible at the top right.
