A photograph taken from inside a dark hall looking out through a doorway toward a brightly lit courtyard. Silhouetted figures stand in the darkened foreground. Through the doorway, a figure in a flowing saffron/orange robe stands beside a person in white clothing, while another person in white stands nearby near white pillars. A strand of green garlands hangs across the top of the opening, and a white-clothed table or stand is visible near the right edge. Ceiling lamps glow above.

A central figure in an orange-saffron robe with long dark hair and a white-and-multicolour garland stands with palms pressed together in namaste. Behind him, a large pink-and-white fringed ceremonial parasol is held aloft, and smaller colourful parasols appear beside it. Several men in white shirts and white dhotis stand and kneel nearby, one kneeling on the threshold in white with a dark shawl, and others wear white shirts and dhotis in the crowd outside. Strings of marigold garlands hang across the top of the doorway, and the outdoor setting shows a light-coloured ground and a metal structure in the background.2006-12-28December 04 2006 - Karthikai Deepam, Tiruvannamalai2006-12-04January 22 20102010-01-22August 03 20092009-08-03August 02 20092009-08-02
