An ornate empty throne (peetha) with a carved, arched red-and-gold back and two red cushions sits at the centre of a gilded hall. Flanking it are large golden carved pillars topped with rearing lion-like yalis holding ornate forms. Coiled dark purple and black cloth rolls are stacked at left, with loose purple fabric, rope and a small dark ring on the floor in front of the throne. A partially visible bare foot and grey trousers of a person appear at the far left edge. Carved golden panels decorate the walls, and a latticed window is visible behind the throne.
