A large dark grey Shiva lingam with a silver band and a rainbow garland of multicoloured flowers is being bathed with milk during an abhishekam on an outdoor platform. Several men in saffron-orange dhotis and sashes stand on a metal staircase with railings and red garlands; one man at the top right, with long dark hair and a red-and-saffron wrap, pours liquid from a white vessel onto the lingam while smiling. Another priest with a shaved head and white tilak stands beside him, and a man in white carries a pot at the lower left. Plain pale sky and trees form the background.
