A large crowd of devotees sits on tiered red steps beside a water body at sunset, many dressed in white clothing with some in orange, pink and teal. A tall bamboo ladder-like structure leans against the steps on the right, and a large dark tree stands behind the seating. Railings line the upper right, and a purple bird-logo flag flies at the top left. The attendees appear to be listening attentively to a gathering, though the speaker is not clearly visible. The scene is a riverside or lakeside sitting area during dusk.
