A photograph of a floral-decorated boat or float on a water tank being guided into a pool beside a black stone structure with water cascading down its side. Several men in white dhotis and white shirts with yellow sashes stand waist-deep in the water, pushing or steadying the float. On the float, a figure in an orange robe sits on an orange seat with a white garland, raising a hand, surrounded by marigolds, red and orange flowers, ferns and yellow garlands. Red-and-white striped steps and a concrete wall form the background. A man in white stands at the right edge of the float, holding it.

Photograph of a flower-decorated palanquin carried through shallow water toward a large black Shivalinga-style structure with garlands and a fountain spray. A figure in orange and white sits under an orange canopy on the decorated platform, with a companion beside them. Red-and-white tiered steps and onlookers stand in the background.2010-07-26A flower-decorated palanquin-style throne, covered with yellow and white garlands and red-and-white flower strings, is carried through a stepped tank of water. A man seated on the throne wears an orange garment, a red shawl and a red-and-gold stole and is seated under a yellow canopy. Water sprays up in an arc beside the throne. Around it, many people stand waist-deep in the water: men in white dhotis and white shirts, and women in white, yellow, red and green saris, some holding flower garlands or kalasha-like vessels. Red-and-white stepped ghats line the back of the tank. The scene appears to be a ritual procession in water.2010-10-17July 26 20102010-07-26July 26 20102010-07-26October 17 20102010-10-17Night photo of a floating platform on water in front of a large black linga with silver-banded top and flower garlands.
