A paved road runs toward a black-and-white painted gateway arch spanning the carriageway, its signboard reading in part as a banner for the event. A woman in a teal salwar rides a scooter in the foreground, passing a yellow auto-rickshaw. Several people in white traditional clothes walk along the road near a white van and a parked truck. Tall coconut palms and street lamps line the road under a clear blue sky, with a white-and-blue railing on the right.
