A dirt road runs past a long single-storey cream building with a red tiled roof and a covered veranda where laundry hangs on lines, including orange, yellow and white garments. Beside it, a multi-storey brick-red building is under construction, wrapped in bamboo and metal scaffolding, with a worker visible on the roof. Potted flowering plants and shrubs line the path, with a street lamp, water tanks and a few trees under an overcast sky. No people are visible in the scene.
