Several shaved-headed men wear orange and red-gold shawls, rudraksha malas and a forehead tilak, and hold handfuls of yellow flower petals or rice. The central younger man in an orange robe and dark beads looks to the side while others lean in beside him. A gold-framed chandelier glows at left. The figure at the centre is a priest-like devotee; no candidate is clearly identifiable by appearance.2016-07-12February 23 20162016-02-23February 23 20162016-02-23May 20 20132013-05-20September 13 20142014-09-13July 03 20172017-07-03May 25 20132013-05-25July 12 20162016-07-12December 18 20162016-12-18A photograph of a group of young boys and a few adult men in saffron-orange robes gathered in a temple-like hall. A bare-chested adult man on the right, with a shaved head and white tilak marks, wears a rudraksha mala and holds yellow flower petals or turmeric which he offers toward the boys. Several boys in orange dhotis and white forehead markings hold yellow offerings in their cupped hands. A woman in orange with a gold garland stands behind them, and a green bowl of yellow offerings sits in the lower right. The setting appears to be a ritual offering or puja. Visible people: about seven.2013-05-20 +1 copies
