A crowded indoor scene inside a stone-walled temple corridor, with a dense group of devotees seated on the floor and standing along the sides. Many men wear white shirts and dhotis or trousers, some in pale green or yellow checked shirts. A woman on the left wears a white and red sari, and a woman at lower right wears a red sari with a dark blouse. A woman in the centre foreground wears a pink sari draped over her head, with an orange shawl. A red metal donation box is mounted on the pillar at upper right, and folded cloth lies stacked against the wall. No clearly identifiable a person figure is visible, so the scene is described by roles only: devotees attending a gathering.
