Outdoor view of a large rectangular water tank with a giant black Shiva lingam in its centre, water pouring from the lingam's top and sides onto a raised square platform. Rows of smaller black lingams line the stone steps on the near side of the tank. Red-tiered stadium-style seating rises behind the water, with a few small white-clad figures seated or standing on the steps and at the left edge, and a row of people standing on the upper right. A red multi-storey building and trees are in the background, and a small open canopy shelter stands by the water.
