A relief food distribution in a village street. A man in a white shirt and sleeveless vest uses a ladle to serve yellow rice from a large steel cauldron on a vehicle. A smiling man in a white head-cloth and tank top holds out a metal plate, and a woman in a blue top stands beside him. A man in a checked shirt and green hair net stands at the cauldron, with a name tag on his shirt. A yellow backhoe loader and rubble sit in the dusty background, and a utility pole and houses line the road.
