Several people stand near the wheels: a woman in a yellow saree with a braid, a woman in a teal saree and glasses, a woman in a red and white saree with a flower in her hair, a man in a dark shirt and white trousers standing at right, and a few other men and a child at left. A white plastered building with a small barred window sits behind the chariot, and cars and a small tent are visible at left under a pale sky.2008-05-04A large wooden temple chariot with carved panels and a thatched palm-leaf roof stands on stone blocks in a courtyard beside a stone temple gopuram and a white boundary wall. A red car is parked at left. Two men stand at right: one in a dhoti and dark shirt, another in a yellow shirt carrying items. The chariot wheels are dark-rimmed and the scene is bright, outdoors, with dry grass at ground level.2008-05-04A large carved stone wheel set into the wall of a sandstone temple, with twelve spokes radiating from a central hub and a dense band of floral and geometric relief around its rim. Small carved figures stand in niches on either side. A brass railing runs across the lower part of the frame. No people are visible.2008-06-09April 16 20162016-04-16
