Elevated view of a busy city intersection with a large crowd gathered in the centre near a red-canopied procession float. Many people in colourful clothing, including saffron and red garments, move along the road and crosswalk. A blue and white building with a sign reading Navka stands at the right, with parked motorcycles and vehicles along the street. Yellow barricades line the road, and roadside stalls with orange and red awnings sit at the left beside a red brick building with signboards. No individual can be identified as a person from this distance, and no candidate is clearly visible.
