A young man in an orange t-shirt and orange shorts in the foreground rides a bicycle, wearing a beaded necklace. Red flags on poles fly at left and right, one decorated with a blue and white ribbon and a yellow flower. A blue-and-orange tent and a telecom tower stand in the background, with a police officer in uniform among the crowd. The scene looks like a pilgrimage or procession on a rural highway.
