A dusty, unpaved construction site under a clear pale sky. Concrete block walls are being built in rows in the foreground, with unfinished stacks of grey blocks at the left edge. Behind them stands a long, low white building with a corrugated roof and several doorways. Tall palm trees and a white water tank rise beside it, with rocky ground beyond. Two or three workers are visible: one in a yellow shirt walking on the left, and others near the building wall, one carrying a load on the shoulder. No ritual, deity or a person depiction is visible.
