A photograph of a black stone Shiva lingam on a yoni-shaped pedestal set on a grey concrete base, outdoors on a rocky, sandy open ground with grass and scattered trees under an overcast sky. Yellow marigold flowers and green leaves are placed on the lingam and the base, and two brown coconuts rest beside the pedestal. A stripe of yellow-and-red cloth is tied around the lingam. Further along the rocks, similar lingams on pedestals stand in the distance. No people are visible.

Water or milk is being poured from a golden spout held by a person in white clothing at the upper right, arcing over the lingam. Behind it a second dark lingam stands on a base, with brass pots and a deity murti in orange and red on a tray of flowers and offerings. This appears to be an abhishekam being performed.
