Around them, men in white dhotis with orange shawls stand, one holding a rolled blue folder, and two attendants hold gold parasols on poles at right. A woman in white with a lanyard stands in the background. The seated figure has long dark hair and an orange garment, appearance-based cues alone are insufficient to identify anyone, so the person is described by role as a seated devotee or sannyasi receiving a ritual service.2008-03-26A photograph of an outdoor procession on a dirt path with palm trees and a yellow machine behind. Beside him a man in white holds a tall ceremonial staff topped with a small object, and a white canopy with red trim and a multicoloured umbrella appear behind. On the right a young man in white kurta and dhoti with an orange shawl carries a silver vessel. Several onlookers stand in the background.2006-12-29Outdoor procession on a dusty path. A central man with long swept-back dark hair, a vibhuti mark on his forehead, and rudraksha malas wears a saffron-orange robe and a large white and red flower garland, with his palms pressed together in greeting.
