Outdoor stage event with a large crowd of mostly men in white shirts and dhotis and women in saffron saris gathered before a stage. Centre stage a figure in an orange-saffron robe and orange turban with long hair sits in front of a large black-and-white portrait of a smiling woman printed on an orange backdrop; the portrait is labelled in print. Above the stage hang bright tinsel streamers in silver, pink, blue and red. At right an older bearded man in an orange shawl stands beside the stage. A microphone stand is visible. The figure in the orange turban has appearance cues consistent with the page's a person reference, though the image is small and distance limits certainty. Several dozen people are visible.
