A photograph of a yoga or meditation session in a large hall with a fabric-draped ceiling and hanging decorative cylindrical banners in red, yellow and blue with orange tassels. Several people sit cross-legged on pink and purple mats with both arms raised overhead, palms open. In the foreground at right, a bald man in a grey t-shirt sits with arms raised; beside him a bearded man in a white shirt and a man in a black shirt also sit with arms up. Metal water bottles stand on the floor between the mats. Other participants in white and black clothing are visible toward the back and left.

Many participants in black or dark athletic clothing sit on blue and purple mats, several with arms raised overhead in stretching poses. Small metal dumbbells sit on the floor in front. Tall decorative pillars with patterned panels and tassels line the room, and track-style lights hang from the ceiling.
