Close-up photograph of a gilded metal deity murti decorated for worship, its face in profile with red lips, kohl-lined eyes and a jewelled forehead ornament. Its head is crowned with a dense cluster of red roses and green leafy garlands. A jewelled ornament with red stones hangs at the ear. Behind it, blurred gold and red drapery, glittering beaded and crystal decorations and a green-and-gold carved object suggest an elaborately decorated altar or procession setting. No physical people are visible.
