A seated figure in an orange-red saffron garment with a gold-embroidered border, wearing a long green and pink flower garland, places his right palm on the forehead of a standing man in a white shirt and orange-red shawl. The seated figure holds a white folded cloth and a tall silver staff stands beside him, with a gold deity murti and red draped seating at the lower left. Behind them, women in orange and white saris stand in a hall with white drapes. The blessing suggests a devotee receiving a forehead blessing. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long dark hair swept back, a tripundra forehead mark, a flower garland and saffron robes, matching cues for the Swamiji candidate, so the in_person value is used.2014-05-11A seated figure with swept-back dark hair, wearing a pink and white flower garland and an orange-red cloth, places his hand on the forehead of a young man in a white shirt and orange shawl. The recipient stands with eyes closed and palm raised. A tall silver trident rises beside them, and a gold ceremonial object and a peacock-feather fan sit in the foreground. A small white paper slip is held in the seated figure's other hand. The setting is an indoor hall with a framed painting behind. A candidate in the seated figure's appearance is consistent with the page's a person claim, showing long swept-back hair, a flower garland and orange-red cloth, so this is a person performing a blessing in person, while the standing young man in white and orange receives it. Another person in a yellow dhoti is partly visible at the right.2014-05-10May 11 20142014-05-11May 10 20142014-05-10May 13 20142014-05-13A seated man in a saffron-toned wrap with a pink and white flower garland and a green leaf garland gives a blessing to a young man in white kurta with an orange shawl, who raises his right hand in a mudra.
